MEET JESSICA & JORGE
We’re the husband-and-wife team behind The Sip Stop, based in Kelseyville, California.
HOW IT STARTED
We met in 2019 while Jessica was on a cruise to Cuba, then eloped and married in 2020. What began at sea became a life together in Kelseyville, California—and eventually, a business built around something we both value deeply: bringing people together and making them feel genuinely cared for.
The Sip Stop combines our different strengths and our shared love of celebrations. Every menu, setup, and guest interaction carries a little of both of us.
JESSICA
An operations manager by day, Jessica brings thoughtful planning, clear communication, and a creative eye to The Sip Stop. She keeps every detail moving—from the first inquiry and custom beverage menu to the timeline and finishing touches.
JORGE
With more than ten years of hospitality experience, including years working aboard cruise ships, Jorge knows how to make guests feel welcome. He brings warmth, energy, and showmanship to the bar while keeping service polished and professional.

We’re proud to provide bilingual service in English and Spanish. For quinceañeras, weddings, and multicultural celebrations, being able to communicate comfortably with families and guests can make the entire experience feel more personal and welcoming.
